Halloween!

Happy November!

I hope everyone had fun trick-or-treating last night!  Here a some pictures of the last 2 weeks at school. 

Today we;
-began an I see, I think, I wonder
-learned about poppies and how and where they originated from
-practiced soccer in gym
-had a surprise fire drill
-worked on our spelling words and using them correctly in a sentence
-worked on finding missing elements and incorrect elements in a pattern
-went to music
-began learning about gorillas
AND
-went to the staffroom to complete an experiment on liquids.  We learned that some liquids begin as solids and become a liquid after heating (butter, peanut butter) and others become solids after heating (eggs and pancake batter).
