Food Groups

Today we spent the morning learning about the 4 food groups.  We learned what the groups are and how much of each food group we should consume for our ages.  It was interesting to have the class get their own lunches out and sort their own food into the food groups.  We have some pretty healthy eaters in the class!

Tomorrow we will spend more time talking about making healthy food choices.
